Project Description

This Grade II listed building is an iconic London Landmark situated in west London, just a stone’s throw from Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park. It is being re-imagined to provide approximately 326,000 sq.ft. of residential apartments and 277,000 sq.ft. of retail, hotel and commercial space.

The development will host the five-star, 110 room, Six Senses London, an unrivalled wellbeing and sustainability brand which will provide a spa and wellness club, with top of the range amenities including a restaurant, treatment rooms, pool, and co-working spaces.

Straightline Consulting Ltd have been appointed by development manager Finchatton to provide client-side MEP project and commissioning management, and validation services for the development. We have been actively involved in this unique project since 2021.
